Can workers choose their work area?

Yes. Workers choose where they work, when they are free, their price, skills and languages.

Does the pilot take payments?

No. Neighbors does not take online payments during the current pilot.

How can I report a problem?

You can cancel a request or report a problem. The Neighbors team can check the job details, messages and photos.

How is my information used?

We collect only the information needed to run the service. Your messages stay linked to the correct job.

Where is the pilot available?

Dubai is the first pilot area. Live categories show the workers currently approved for the region.

How are profiles approved?

Workers send their service and identity information to the Neighbors team for review. A badge is useful information, not a guarantee.

Does Neighbors take payments?

No. Online payments are disabled in the current pilot.

How do I request a worker?

Choose a worker on the website, then install the Android app to pick a date and send the request.

What if I cancel or have a problem?

The app keeps job details, messages, and work photos together so the Neighbors team can review a reported problem.

Is the APK safe to install?

The pilot APK is signed and its SHA-256 checksum is published. Android may ask you to allow installation from your browser. Do not turn off Play Protect.

When will Google Play be ready?

The Google Play button will stay marked Coming soon until the official listing is available.
